Jennifer H.G. Connelly, PCC

Jennifer H.G. Connelly, PCC, is a Founding Partner at The Soul of Leading Institute. She is also the CEO of Triple W Forum, a personal and leadership development company based in the Chicago area. Jennifer's energizing and compassionate approach to leadership development has earned the trust of teams and individuals across a diverse array of industries on a global scale. Jennifer possesses a unique blend of corporate, public affairs, marketing and non-profit management experience.

Jennifer brings an integrated and holistic set of models and learning to her coaching and consulting approach with deep insights on human behavior. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the International Coach Federation and a Newfield Certified Coach (NCC) specializing in ontological coaching. Jennifer received training from The Enneagram Institute and is a certified Birkman Method Consultant. She is certified in the Tiara Model of True Leadership with Tiara International. Jennifer is also a certified Samapatti Yoga and mindfulness instructor and member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Jennifer’s work in connecting individuals with their strengths and helping them become more effective paved the way for innovative training and development programs, executive and leadership coaching, and a work life integration retreat hosted annually in North Carolina which has been featured in the Leadership issue of Yoga Journal. Previously, Jennifer served as executive director of the American Marketing Association, Chicago Chapter and director of engagement for WOMMA. She is the recipient of the Miami University Women’s Leadership and Male Ally Award for her dedication to the empowerment and advancement of women. She is an advocate for mental health and serves on the board for Mental Health America NWI.


Walter J. Crawford, PCC

Walter J. Crawford, PCC is a coach, advisor and facilitator. He is a founding partner of The Soul of Leading Institute and CEO of Crawford Corner. Walter believes leadership in its best form is uplifting, supportive, and overall transformational. As a coach, he cares about inspiring possibilities and a journey of learning. He partners and collaborates with leaders on all levels in organizations to support their growth and development using an open minded and goal-oriented approach. 

Walter has experience coaching executives and mid-level leaders in federal and local government, tech industry, finance, non-profit, education, and social justice organizations. Clients often cite Walter’s years of experience in human resources and operations, strategic management, organizational development, and process improvement, as a key reason for achieving results. Using his experience, knowledge and training, Walter facilitates leadership development programs, consults and delivers trainings on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

As a former C-level executive, Walter has worked in multiple high-profile organizations within the District of Columbia government, in addition to Hilton Worldwide. Walter is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment. He holds an M.B.A., is a nationally Certified Public Manager with a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
